- For a creative problem solving facilitation we will work together using tools to Clarify the challenge, come up with possible ideas, develop those ideas into workable solutions, and put together an action plan to implement the solutions. If you're looking for creativity training (Recommended) then I will teach you and your staff the importance of creating an atmosphere that encourages innovation. We will explore ways to remain open to the concept, while being an example for your students. I will teach you how to utilize these tools so that your departments no longer have to wait for new ideas to come, you can be deliberately creative on command. Let the process work for you

Clarify your vision/challenge

Far too often we spend time solving the wrong problems. We will begin by digging down to the root of your challenge/vision to insure that we're going down the correct path.

Ideate/Generating ideas

We will spend a good amount of time generating creative ideas using a variety of tools and methods to offer you as many options and possible solutions as possible.

Developing solutions

We will then take your selected ideas, analyze then, and then develop them into workable solutions for you. This will be done as precisely or as broadly as you feel comfortable. The goal is to work out the details and prepare them for the next step.

Implementation

It's time to put your hard work into action. We will put together an action plan for you and your staff to bring your ideas to life. This will include short term, mid term, and long term goals, deadlines, and accountability charts that allow you to work as a team to complete the vision.
